The first page you will see after you log in, is your dashboard. Let’s go over some of the basic functionality:
1. Create Job
Submit a new job into the system.
2. Jobs
The job table displays all jobs related to your account. They are split into:
- Unassigned: jobs currently unassigned within your department (if applicable)
- My jobs: jobs currently assigned to you
- All jobs: all jobs associated to you
Jobs can be filtered using the search box or buttons found in the table header, and sorted by clicking column headers.
3. Search
Quickly locate a particular job.
4. User menu
Accessed by clicking your name in the top right corner. A home for anything related to your user account (Profile, Password, Notifications, Handover). Feel free to edit and update your personal profile and account settings here.
5. Notifications
Activity on jobs related to your account will appear in the feed. Clicking a notification will take you to the relevant job. Notification settings can be adjusted via the user menu.
