How do I assign a job?

To assign a job to a department:

  1. Go to the job details of the job you would like to assign.
  2. Click the Assign to departments button.
  3. Select the departments relevant to this job.
  4. Select which department should be given final approval.
  5. Hit save.

To assign the job to an agent:

  1. Ensure the job is assigned to a department
  2. Click the Assignees dropdown.
  3. Click the pencil icon.
  4. Choose the agent from the dropdown list.
  5. Hit the tick icon to confirm the selection.

The assigned user will receive the related notifications and will be responsible for job approval. Jobs can be re-assigned to another user at any point and does restrict a users ability to interact with a job.

Note: Job assignment is only available on accounts that sit within a department containing multiple users.
