To assign a job to a department:
- Go to the job details of the job you would like to assign.
- Click the Assign to departments button.
- Select the departments relevant to this job.
- Select which department should be given final approval.
- Hit save.
To assign the job to an agent:
- Ensure the job is assigned to a department
- Click the Assignees dropdown.
- Click the pencil icon.
- Choose the agent from the dropdown list.
- Hit the tick icon to confirm the selection.
The assigned user will receive the related notifications and will be responsible for job approval. Jobs can be re-assigned to another user at any point and does restrict a users ability to interact with a job.
Note: Job assignment is only available on accounts that sit within a department containing multiple users.
